1. Qatl-E-Aam / Qatl-E-Aam (Unplugged) – Singers: Sona Mohapatra, Yash Divecha – The song is full of Dubstep surrounding a melodic tune in the likable vocals of Sona. Dubstep has been used well though a little variation in the composition could have made things more interesting. Yash has a negligible role to play. Varun’s lyrics is perfectly aligned with the mood of the track. The unplugged is much more endearing and ear-friendly. It’s acoustic and has all the trait of a typically sweet Sona-Ram combo. Varun’s lyrics actually get its recognition in the unplugged. #WelcomeSong

2. Behooda – Singers: Nayantara Bhatkal, Ram Sampath, Vivienne Pocha, Nalini Krishnan – Ram gets to his ‘Talaash’ mode with all the haunting and suspenseful arrangements and vocal sounds that is foot-tapping as well. It has a certain Jazz feeling though the emphasis has been given to weirdness that is evident in the lyrics of Varun which is quite appealing and attention-seeking.

3. Paani Ka Raasta – Singers: Ram Sampath, Siddharth Basrur – Such an emotional philosophical song wasn’t expected in this album so it acts a surprise for the listeners to have a Soft Rock with nice lyrics and giving quite a good scope for the singer to explore. Not appealing, not intriguing, yet a nice soothing track which gives the album an unexpected but much needed emotional content.

4. Raghav Theme – Instrumental – A theme track full of techno sounds which are not at all innovative, but just a random series playing one after the other.

Ram Sampath unexpectedly delivers endearing ear-friendly songs for a psychological thriller.

The Final Verdict:  OKAY
